Bill Calhoun's Fitness Bootcamp
Dance On Us is proud to be the host and partner to Bill Calhoun's first ever Fitness and Bridal Bootcamp in Singapore!
This programme comprises an amalgamation of muscle conditioning, cardio and group circuit training. Some dance-based workouts are sometimes thrown in too - choreographed by Bill Calhoun himself to get you fit, healthy and feeling fabulous!
First-time Bootcampers have to meet at least 3 times a week for 12 sessions. This Bootcamp is perfect for Brides-to-be who want to look fantastic on their special day. It is also perfect for any ladies who want fat loss and to have a healthier, stronger body!
