Rhythmic Gymnastic Classes with Cherrie:

We offer a unique experience for children who would like to learn both dance and gymnastics. Our classes aim to provide children with a basic understanding of Rhythmic Gymnastics (RG) as a whole, taking the children through the body movements and apparatus handling required in this lovely sport. As dance is an important element, we will incorporate dance movements during training.

Your child will progress according to the levels and stages system set up by the authorities at Singapore Gymnastics. This system endows the child with a solid foundation, to excel in the sport in future.

Level 1: Foundation Class
Age Group: 4-6 years old

Children will learn the basics of RG in this class, from the body wave to the basic stag jump. Basic ball movements will also be taught in this session.

Level 2: Intermediate Class
Age Group: 7-12 years old

In addition to working on foundation- flexibility and waves, children will learn more technique for pirouettes, balances, and jumps. Apparatus such as rope and ball will be used in this class.
